XD has officially announced the release date for Settlement Survival, the studio’s charming city-builder that features low-poly visuals as inspired by Banished. Landing on mobile devices on March 9th, the game lets players attempt to survive by cultivating their own fields and building their own city – best of all, the mobile version will have a significantly reduced price tag compared to the version on Steam.
In Settlement Survival, players can look forward to planting, collecting, hunting and trading to make their communities and towns thrive. They’ll have to brave the terrifying forces of nature as well, and provide shelter for their people while making sure that the food supply is enough. On top of all these, players have to keep their citizens’ happiness in mind, along with their education, employment, and overall well-being.
The game also features various blueprints players can discover along the way, as well as Mayors they can recruit and crime rates they’ll have to manage to keep their settlements intact. There will be options that will put veteran city-builders’ skills to the test, but there are also more low-key experiences that those who are looking for something more relaxing can enjoy.
If you’re eager to join in on all the fun and experience the game for yourself, you can soon download the mobile version of Settlement Survival when it’s officially launched on March 9th. In the meantime, you can also join the community of followers on Discord to stay updated on all the latest developments, or head on over to the Steam page for more info on the game.
